Today’s first tutoring session included a rather fun thought experiment: after discussing how one would determine whether or not the Internet was self aware, we got into a juicy conversation on the nature of neuron-like networks, and the question – if the internet and all systems connected to it in this moment continued to function, but all human input to those systems stopped – how would the internet ecology be affected, and what would it look like?
