Daniel,
Having worked with you on collaborative projects, I appreciate your ability to go with the flow,
but keep things organized when needed - there's a really good balance
between moving things forward and allowing them to happen.
You have a great ability to go really in-depth when necessary, and to do the macro/micro thing.
Other words that comes to mind are adaptability and flexibility - those are absolutely crucial
for an environment where you're trying to get something done and allow for things
to be very freeflowing and brainstormy.
To help that happen you take all the skills and tools you've amassed over the years...
you have this massive toolbelt and can just pull from that toolbelt
whatever tool is necessary with those people in that moment.
Also your ability to help create co-operative environments that are as ego-free as possible.
